We currently are using WebEx to conduct our e-Learning training and want to utilize the recordings to train those individuals who could not make it on the original call, but must attend the training.

We don't want to utilize the WebEx portal to send employees to because it's a public domain.

Does anyone have any suggestions or has run into this issue as well?

Do you have an LMS? If so, you can set up a link to each WebEx session in there, in order to track who's at least initially attended. Doubtful that you can track who stayed to the end, like you can with self-paced courses.

Hope that helps.

How about setting up a simple login page that has a username and pwd? Once logged in they can access the recordings.

You can email it to everyone that needs to access the course.
