I am looking for some sort of online training center that will help me better manage my training. Here is a little background

About my company:
5 offices World Wide
About 100-120 Employees company wide
Training was originally conducted by each office, but now we want a uniform global system

I have looked into WebEx's training center, but it is much to pricey and the smallest subscription is for 30 people. I would be training 5 max at a time.

Here are my needs:
-Ability to view my desktop
-Ability to record sessions
- Host live sessions from time to time
-Create library of recorded sessions and organized them
- Ask quiz questions at the end of each session
-Store formal evaluations
- Store other documents and relevant information

Anyone have any advice as to what program I might use? I know that there are quite a few programs that do 2 or 3 or these things, but I am looking for an all encompassing program. Something to keep everything separate and organized so that someone can login and see relevant materials.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

My first thought is why are you only using the synchronous e-learning modality? International training can benefit from asynchronous delivery as it removes timezone issues. Using the facilitated asynchronous delivery modality would be well worth investigating.

You may want to look at creating a learning portal that is built around Moodle or another CMS/LMS system. This would give you the tools you seek with more flexibility than you have in your list of needs.
