Hello,

I currently am working with a company that has yet to experience training & development at a corporate level.

I'm trying to move away from the paperless system of training that they so much have not left just because of lack of system capabilities.

The current training strategy is an employee is given a list of requirements, in accordance to their job functions, that they need to complete, which is listed on a physical training plan. Seeing how our job functions change so frequently as our business grows, I already see an issue with keeping the physical training plan. We have a database that tracks our training.

Is there good argument to move away from having the physical training plan as an auditable document?
