I am new to E-learning and I am looking for a certain kind of software. (While on the phone, I train people to use our software, while the attendees are at their desk and logged in as themselves. I direct them on how to use our software.) I am wondering if there is a software that allows to me to view their screens, so I can see what my class attendees are ACTUALLY doing while I teach (i.e. are they on the wrong screen, doing IM, or in the wrong program).
