I am using a blended approach to developing a manager certificate and customer service training certificate for university employees. I am seeking referrals for a vendor who offers off the shelf training solutions in personnel/supervision, MS Office apps, communication skills and leadership.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Perhaps there are colleagues in the healthcare industry who might have some ideas, too!

We use Business Training Library linked below. They are very affordable for small to mid-size companies and have a lot of courseware from SkillSoft and MindLeaders, and other big names in the online learning industry.

Check them out if you're looking for a lot of variety that is affordable. My company is in healthcare and have also looked into Health Care Compliance Solutions which also has a lot of training available, but not so affordable.
