I've used Captivate for a while now to create basic web-based courses that are launched from our internal LMS. Now I would like to include some video that I have converted into Flash Video. Where do I start with this? Can I just point to the file on a network drive or must I "stream" the video from a media server?

Has anyone successfully done this before? What steps did you take? What were some pitfalls?

Thanks!
