Hi,
my organization is looking into buying a catalogue of off-the-shelf e-learning courses to enhance business and IT skills.

The pricing ranges from 65 to 125 US Dollars per user to access a cataogue of about 400 courses, in a 3 year contract for 2000 users.

Does anyone know what is a reasonable price range per user under the same circumstances?

Thank you so much for your help!

I'm not an expert in this area, but I just went through the pricing for courses and learning management systems and can tell you what we ended up with.

We have 150 users with access to over 2000 courses, yes that number is not a typo "2000", and it is costing us about $200 per user. This is with a 2 year contract and includes 300 users on the LMS, but only 150 have access to all of the training. That $200 would go down to $160 per person if we had all of the users with access to all of the courses.
