We are considering purchasing an e-learning program on interviewing skills to ensure all interviewers have just in time information about behavior based interviewing and what legal issues to be aware of when interviewing.

Does anyone have a program or vendor they would recommend?

I would recommend using LearningZen for this kind of thing. I have even heard of groups using this to pre-screen new hires. I've been using the public free site and it's awesome but they have a private site too.
