I’m looking for recommendations from end users who have had good results from eLearning service providers, preferably in the Washington D.C. area. A friend asked me to help her come up a list of highly-recommended companies to submit to a medical services start-up company. They have a need for a Web-based eLearning program that will, in part, support classroom training. I'm assuming that the provider will (and should) assess the overall training needs of the company and it's clients.

She hopes to provide solid referrals from end users only (no suppliers please). My friend is new to the company and wants to give only the best recommendations. I assured her your responses will go a long way in helping her decide who to recommend. It would also be nice to hear about the criteria or selection process end users have used to select an eLearning an provider.
