I need to determine if there are any standards, norms or best practices for grading final exams for eLearning courses. For example, (1) a passing percentage based on the number of questions answered correctly out of the total number of questions versus (2) course passing dependent upon not only a passing percentage but also upon passing all chapters (i.e. course failure if one chapter is failed).
