I will be converting several 1 day management training classroom modules to an E-Learning Platform using Lectora. I am trying to estimate the work effort in terms of person hours to convert each module (which is about 6 hours of classroom learning content)to a self service non human interaction E-Learning format. I plan to organize in 1.5 hour segments of E-Learning.

Does anyone have conversion numbers they can share enabling me to estimate the work effort?

This is a FAQ for these Boards. One estimate is 33:1 (http://brandon-hall.com/bryanchapman/?p=7). This of course depends on what you are doing about activities. Simulations can take a lot of time to put into an elearning format, for instance.
