My company has recently decided to change our training to e-learning. We are a Canadian company, but we have approached some Indian companies to give us a quote since we have an Indian subsidiary.
I am curious to know what the market rate for e-learning is today. I understand that there are different complexities. So my question is: If there are 4 levels of complexities C1, C2, C3 and C4, where C1 is the lowest complexity how much should an Indian company charge a Canadian company for 1 hour of courseware? And how much would an Indian company charge another Indian company? I would really appreciate an answer or if someone could guide me as to where i can find an answer to this. Thanks! |

Hi, There is a huge variance in costs depending upon the type of provider you use. Some of the industry established players would charge anything upward of 5000 USD for an hour of courseware for C1 level ; while the smaller players may quote a substantially lower rate. I can help you with some more data if it is of interest...my e-mail id is ankur.rimjhim@peakpacificgroup.com. Thanks |

I completed a report on that a while back and the results are in a white paper on my website:
www.readwritetechnology.com Click Resources and then White Papers. JumpStart Your Learning Program has some basic figures. But I would also check out Brandon Hall. They always have the best, up to date info. |
