Add Inquisiq (http://www.inquisiqr3.com) to your review list of a SCORM-compliant, hosted, low-cost solution. Solid LMS with pricing available on their website.

You should check out Learnsoft's GLM.

The UI and standard features of the LMS are configurable. A significant advantage of the GLM LMS is that it is one of the few that is truly customizable – from the GUI through to Business and Workflow processes.

The system is also modular so you only pay for the features you require and allow you to scale up as your organizations grows (e.g talent management).

Learnsoft has been in business for over 20 years and because we are also a training company, we understand the unique challenges of business education.

Please let me know if we can supply additional information or to schedule a demo.

If you're a small company, with limited budget, what advantage to you get from an "LMS" as opposed to simply a website to host your content? In a small company, you could likely manage the tracking and reporting offline in Excel, and if ILT scheduling is something you're after, that can be done in Outlook.

What are the "features" you're looking for? You might think outside the box on this one.
