Bob Pike offers a great class for webinar instructors called "Creative Training Techniques for Webinars". Check it out at www.bobpikegroup.com.
The course is relatively short - only 2 hours - and the instructor delivers the training using whatever interface your company uses, i.e., WebEx, Live Meeting, Adobe Connect.

InSync Training also offers courses, and Jennifer Hofmann's books are very good.
