I have to complie job aids for all our elearning courses. Since I am pretty new to this it seems that there are too mnay options from what I have seen.

We want to capture the key information in the practice portion of our courses. For example, it should include the correct answer for each step and the end result is how to correct this type of error. It probably won't look like a typical job aid and I was told to be creative since we are dealing with process based courses for front end users.

The standard ones out there seem to rigid. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

Job Aids and Performance Support: Moving From Knowledge in the Classroom to Knowledge Everywhere by Rossett and Schafer is an excellent book. This should help you determine what kind of aid you need and the best format.
