We are thinking of utilizing an LMS software system at my company. I was wondering if anyone had any experience and could offer advice as to which software company to go with.

Thanks.

Hi Karen,
Of course there are plenty of LMSs in web. And it is much depends on what are you looking for. Is it a small business or large company, what platform should it be, should it be integrated with your company systems or your website for example.
You can have a look on our two professional LMSs - www.joomlalms.com and www.sharepointlms.com
In case it needed we can provide you with the contacts who are using our system and organize local support.
JoomlaLMS is based on the most popular and secure open source Joomla platform and can be integrated with your website. Other one is based on MS SharePoint Server platform.

My company is a medium sized employer, we have approximately 1000 employees. We are looking for something that could be integrated with our current systems. Thanks for any information you can provide.

KarenF,

A 1000 LMS rollout with integrations is a medium size implementation project. So it's no small investment. You need to consider LMS's that will grow with your needs because you don't want to spend the money and the effort twice. Where is your company located?

Hi ,

YES, I am very familar with the Learner Management System as it is used within my organization. It is a extremely useful tool which helps employee to navigate and find appropriate course that they would like to take to improve themselve or skill at the workplace.

Thanks,
