Hello ~

We'd like to put a short waiver at the front of each of our online courses stating that course content is exclusively our company property and that it may not be shared, distributed, copied, etc. We're concerned about proprietary training information getting into the wrong hands (ie. our competitors) so we want to protect ourselves in this small way.

Does anyone have some waiver "lingo" we could borrow and adapt?
