I agree that Articulate is a good product for what you want. You can insert audio voice over, and if you wish to go the extra step you can sync PPT animations to the audio.
Verify that what you publish translates correctly. Sometimes text boxes will shift/disappear, and drawn images may be skewed. These are rarities - just be aware. Jim Heiliger The LHT Group thelhtgroup.com jheiliger@thelhtgroup.com |

If you do not need SCORM stuff, you might consider iSpring Free. If you do, then consider iSpring Ultra. I have heard good things about these. Ultra is way cheaper than Articulate Presenter, BTW.
I seldom do this for elearning so I tend to use the Flash exporter of OpenOffice Impress (e.g. for a kiosk). --john |

Wondershare is a comparable, cheaper alternative to Articulate, but I do commend Articulate for great support and community.
Recommend trying both (they offer trials) and seeing which does the best for your specific needs. David Glow dglow@tampabay.rr.com |

Thanks for all of you.
With your advices, I compared Articulate Presenter, Ispring Ultra, Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional with the price, template, quizzes support. At last I chose PPT2Flash Professional and QuizCreator. The result reporting system is great. I think they win the highest performance-price ratio. Thanks again! Sabrina |
