Thanks, elewis! Yes, I know the programs do exist, however they are few and far between. Unfortunately, I have a full time job, a husband and 2 young children that occupy most of my time, so a traditional setting isn't really an option for me right now. Thanks again for all of your advise!

Langevin Learning Services has a few instructional designer courses as well as a Certification Program. I have not attend this particular certification program although I do hear good things about Langevin in general.
