I am looking for suggestions on content and a vendor that can provide annual web-based or e-learning that will help to maintain a productive work environment, and that satisfies the training requirements of different states (ie- Calif. AB1825). Topics may include diversity, Sexual Har, L/P, WP Violence, Discrimination, etc. If you are currently using a vendor that has been successful, I welcome your input.

Have you looked at Skill Soft? I would imagine they are CA compliant, but you'd have to check to be sure.

Thanks for the tip, I have looked at the skillsoft content, in fact I have been using skillsoft business & desktop content for some time. The compliance modules are not included in my current agreement, and to add this content would not be very cost effective because it requires purchasing their entire legal content. Most of this content is not applicable to my needs.

You may want to check out ElementK if not already done so. Our customers are fairly satisfied with their content quality, and I believe ElementK offers relatively flexibile licensing policy.
