We are searching for new Learning Management System for a small organization (500 employees). Outstart, GeoLearning and Prosperity all seem to be very similar systems with a range of prices (all within our budget). They all appear to support our goals. Please let me know if you have information about any of these systems as I'm looking to tip the scales one way or another without making pricing to be the driver.
I would not give my opinion publically (too easy for vendors to get upset) but I would be happy to tell you the little bit I know, and also some of the experiences others have shared with me.. email me at scase20@juno.com.. refer to your specific question in the email so I kow what the issues is.. steve
JJB: I have experience with two of these vendors, and happy to share some thoughts. Based on this and other vendors I've worked with, and your specific needs, hopefully I can help guide you to a process to find your best fit.
Hi, I thought after rereading your post that some of the materials I have may be of use to you. I have a generic list of features and functions which you may want to use as a beginning of a "LMS Requirements listing" I also I have white paper called "What is SCORM" and an overview of current LMS Pricing. I also have some materials on generic implementation steps. If any of the materials I listed seem like it might help you feel free to email me at scase20@juno.com and request a copy. I would be happy to email what I have to you.. steve
