Hi-
Please share your thougths/experiences with using webinars with small remote groups. We have a small group of ees (35) over 4 locations. While delivering Webinars on "softer skills" (i.e. communication, giving feedback, leadership, interviewing, etc.) there will be only 1 or 2 participants at each location during a Live Webinar(video capability). This really limits the opportunity for group exercises. Has anyone had success with this concept? Or thoughts on how to deliver this type of content if remote access (and limited attendees) is the only method available?
