We are considering engaging a consultant to assist us in the conversion of existing learing content to a blended E-Learning platform. We also have purchased the CourseMill LMS as well as several licenses for the Lectora Professional authoring tool.

Can someone refer me to an appropriate resource? thanks

Our organization may also be able to assist you in the conversion on your learning content. We have 4 certified Lectora authors on staff.

Thanks for your question.

Solid State Learning can help. Our approach would be to look at your e-learning strategy (or help create one if nonexistent) and devise a strategy for your organization to develop your own courses with Lectora. Lectora is a great tool when in the hands of an experienced e-learning instructional designer, but if you do not currently have staff with these skills, we could create a plan to develop in team fashion and provide training on instructional design skills first, then the technical aspects of Lectora. If desired, Solid State could create a set of templates appropriate for your content areas (leadership/desktop skills/compliance/etc). Also, we have much expertise in the use of related tools like Flash for a more engaging, interactive experience.

On a related note, our research has shown that interactive e-learning has a much higher rate of retention because of the increased kinesthetic learning style component (but that could be a topic of its own).
