SSFN has definitely hit the problem. Too many in management feel anyone can design and then teach usually with horrendous results. After many years (>15) and multiple classes, seminars, and a degree I am amazed by the sheer number of people that believe anyone can build a training class and try to taylor it to all situations wether it is a training issue or not.

SSFN please stay on your soapbox about the decline in what constitutes training design and presentation.
