I am facilitating a compliance training session via web conference (LiveMeeting).

My company is in the process of implementing an LMS which will eventually provide us with capability to house a web conference and track attendance through the LMS.

In the meantime, does anyone have suggestions for the best way I can track attendance given the format?

What you could do is create a simple login mechanism on your intranet using email address for username and a common password. After logging in, they could be redirected to the web conference. You'd send those logins to a database for tracking. It wouldn't guarantee that they finished, but I'm not sure your LMS will do that either, depending on what LiveMtg gives you at the end (for an API).

Good luck! If we can help let me know via PM or our website (below).
