I was wondering if anyone is using a storyboarding software that they like that will allow reviewers to make comments and potentially speed up the review process?

Ever try PowerPoint with the Notes section? Actually works surprisingly well for reviewers and SME's to easily make comments. We ask for initials and date before each comment, kind of like a screenplay script.

You can also use MS Access forms. This has the advantage of exporting straight into content, with some programming of course.

FYI, We have a Flash template that creates editable courses, and SMEs and reviewers can make changes on the fly. But that's not storyboarding, and changes occur instantly which is not always desired.
