As part of our Customer Service training, I have been directed to research and recommend a voice analytics program that can 'listen' to an agent and help them improve their tone. I'm looking at DialogCoach, but am hoping to find other programs as well.

Does anybody have any experience with this type of application, or have a list of similar applications? If you have used these before, what works and what doesn't? What pitfalls should I avoid?
