My association is looking for a consultant to assist us in evaluating, selecting, and implementing an LCMS (learning content management system). We are looking for a true consultant, NOT a reseller who pushes one LCMS
product over another.

Does anyone know of a consultant who specializes in this area? I've not
had much luck trying to find someone.

Would prefer that the consultant be on the East Coast/Mid-Atlantic area, but am open to any references you're willing to share.

I myself am located in Los Angeles and simply have a Seven Step process and project planning process for selecting and implementing LMS/LCMS without any preference for a specific product.
