Does anyone know of a tool (questions) that will help me determine the scope of an eLearning project? All I can find are eLearning readiness surveys, but nothing that helps nail down the scope of a specific project. Thanks
juan - I need to understand your question in order to offer you guidance in the right direction. The first thing I would like to understand is how you normally determine scope. What do you do to analyze a situation and determine what the scope of the solution should be? At the moment, your response to my query indicates to me that you perhaps do not have a sincere desire to learn from your peers.
Hey, sorry you have misinterpreted my post. It was written in a spirit of jest. If I weren't eager for advice, I would not have posted my original query. In reply to your question, I use the standard ADDIE model that most of us in our field use. I was hoping there might be some quick tool out there that is specific to scoping an eLearning project. Got any suggestions?
