I am on the hunt for a vendor with Macromedia FLASH experience. My company is located in Harrisburg PA but not crucial that the vendor is local. Any recommendations?

I would recommend Via training for any flash-related eLearning development. Whether you are looking for an entire course, or just an activity their flash development is second to none in the industry. I work for Best Buy and they have created a large number of courses for us and as a developer I've been impressed with their capabilities.

Do you need a vendor or a consultant. You are probably better off looking for a web/game/instructional designer with Flash experience. Larger design shops can create huge Flash interactions, but at a pretty penny. Browse to a site done in Flash that you like, and look at the about pages or email them to find out who designed the site in question. Depending on your scope and budget, you might be better off with a designer hired hourly.
