I am in the process of selecting a vendor to provide web based compliance training. We currently use classroom to deliver harassment training and are interested in offering code of conduct, records retention and other topics via the web. Does anyone have outstanding reviews of a vendor or lessons learned?

I am currently interested in only those vendors that specialize in compliance training.

Thank you,

Christina

we went with a vendor that had great compliance training based on state of cali law, but they covered all areas, not compliance only...

Try Integrity Interactive at <a href "http://www.integrity-interactive.com/">www.integrity-interactive.com/</a> The do compliance only.

Hi,

Hi Christina,

I feel your pain! I have been trying to find a WBT vendor for a few months now, and nothing I've looked at (which has been a lot!) seems to fit the bill. I too am hoping to find some advice.

I would love to chat with you about this, but am not sure how to share contact info privately...

Christina -

I'm into a similar search. Do you have a criteria checklist or any assessment tool that you're using to rate the ventors - I don't - nor do I have the experience to design one.

Right now I'm looking at Total training network, Brightline (no relative I assume) and Coastal. Our HR insurer has on-line compliance - it is free but awful. What are you looking at?

I primarily used InfoLine #9908: Evaluating Off-the-Shelf CBT Courseware for a checklist of what to look for and consider.

This report by WR Hambrecht & Co gave me valuable information as well: http://www.astd.org/NR/rdonlyres/E2CF5659-B67B-4D96-9D8...0E28/0/hambrecht.pdf

And some other reading materials:
1) A Systematic Approach to Media Selection: http://www.astd.org/NR/rdonlyres/900E19EF-121E-40BC-BBB...diaAnalysisFinal.pdf

2) Maximizing the Impact of E-Learning Programs

I am looking at these vendors for compliance training (we are only intersted in those vendors that provide only compliance training):
Corpedia, Brightline Compliance, LRN, SAI Global, Red Hawk Communications.

There are so many players in the marketplace, that now we are in the process of choosing our strategy in conjunction with our law/internal audit departments and then choosing a provider who can provide what we need.
