We conducted the first Learning and Talent Management Technology Survey in June, 2002. Our industry-wide approach enables us to provide a unique perspective on market trends and issues. Our 2008 Learning & Talent Management Survey solicited opinions from over 23,000 industry professionals and revealed that exorbitant per-user licensing fees, inadequate eLearning development tools and the inability for clients to produce a measurable Return On Investment (ROI) are significant issues for our industry.
