I'm in the process at looking at different training tools for both live and on-demand training but am also trying to coordinate with our Support Content Manager for maintaining and developing content (documents, user guides, internal notes, etc.). She really likes MadCap (Flare, Blaze, x-Edit, Lingo, Analyzer) for its content management options. But I also need to consider it for creation of training materials.
Has anyone had experience using MadCap? Especially Mimic, Capture, and Echo for training purposes.
I have a trial of Articulate and really like it's ease of use for creating training materials.

Thoughts?
