I am presently finishing up my masters degree in HRD. This program was a two year,intense cohort format. I will be honest with you, having the inner action with my other class mates, was encourgaging and very much conducive to my learning style. This is not gospel but my MBTI results indicated that the inner active enviorment is more conducive to my learning style. I say that to say no one knows you better than you. If your learning stlye does not require inner action, than e-learning is for you. Good Luck, and much success
