Our company currently uses Ready Talk for web conferencing. It is a great tool, but it is really a tool for presenting and not training.

We are looking to redesign all of our webinar-type training. We want them to be more engaging and interactive and mirror our ILT more.

When doing these web/tele conference type trainings, what service do you use? What is the best for learning and interaction?

We use Rhubcom's appliance for all training purposes . See you own it, you control it. It delivers advanced web conferencing software for PC and Mac in a secured appliance. We are using it for over an year now.
