For those that use an LMS, can you tell me the level of your satisfaction with customer support from the following vendors after implementation : SABA, Learn.com, GeoLearning, SkillSoft and SumTotal?

We are a small company so responses from folks within small to medium size businesses would be ideal.

All of those companies serve larger companies, so your experience may not be what someone from a Fortune 500 corporation experiences, in terms of service.

You might consider choosing a smaller LMS company, maybe even a local one. In what metro area do you reside, if I may ask?

Do not go with skillsoft. They are terrible and constantly try to sell you thier off the shelf training that is terrible. A great alternative that I would highly recommend would be Pointecast. You can go their website at www.pointecast.com. I have worked with them many times. Thier customer service and tech support is really terrific and thier product is great.

For small companies - Prosperity by Ziiva has been great for us in all areas! We are very happy and have had no issues with our lms.
