For those that use an LMS, can you tell me the level of your satisfaction with customer support from the following vendors after implementation : SABA, Learn.com, GeoLearning, SkillSoft and SumTotal?

All of those companies serve larger companies, so your experience may not be what someone from a Fortune 500 corporation experiences, in terms of service.
You might consider choosing a smaller LMS company, maybe even a local one. In what metro area do you reside, if I may ask? Do not go with skillsoft. They are terrible and constantly try to sell you thier off the shelf training that is terrible. A great alternative that I would highly recommend would be Pointecast. You can go their website at www.pointecast.com. I have worked with them many times. Thier customer service and tech support is really terrific and thier product is great.

For small companies - Prosperity by Ziiva has been great for us in all areas! We are very happy and have had no issues with our lms.
