Hello,
My organization is getting ready to issue an RFP for a 2-year e-learning contract involving the design, development, hosting, and technical support for about 15 hours of interactive e-learning. Does anyone have suggestions about where to post the RFP so that it has a good response rate? Thank you for your help! |
