Hi All,

I just posted a similar thread in training fundamentals but wanted to post it here too. I will be developing training content for printer technicians. Any ideas on making elearning successful and engaging for this type of audience? I have created content and trained mostly employees and customers on technical products such as Outlook and Project. This is a first for me.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi Jackie,

Depending on the content my first advice would be to avoid elearning unless it is the right delivery method. Consider options like OJT or coaching. If you do use an electronic delivery be sure to provide job aids for when the are on the job or electronic performance support so they have ready access to manuals and other information as problems arise.

Good luck!
Nick
