We're starting to get asked to put our videos into SCORM and AICC compliant wrappers for the videos we create as more companies get LMSs.

We have tests and Student Materials that we need to add as well.

Any reccomendations for programs that handle video import well and have a good track record of LMS integration?

I don't know all the details of what you are doing, but using dreamweaver, captivate or flash should get you going in the right direction.

One very easy to use (and inexpensive) that would allow you to do this is OpusWorks. If you want to email me I will send you contact information scase@aleragroup.com

Techsmith's Camtasia may be worth looking into. It's more targeted to creating video via desktop or webcam recordings, but you can add your own video (not sure of format limitations)...then add callouts and quizzes. It's SCORM-compliance seems fine the few times I've used it.

Adobe Captivate may be another product, however it only accepts FLV, so you'd have to get your video into that format.

You could possibly add your video to a PPT, then convert that PPT with something like Articulate Presenter or Adobe Presenter, but I've never actually tried that.
Good luck!
