I don't like to be a wet blanket, but this topic is not directly relevant to this forum. As the moderator I should have deleted it way back when it was started, but given the amount of readership it has had, I thought I'd leave it in place.

I don't think any of us wants to see this group become flooded with "looking for a job" posts, and ASTD already provides a very useful job board.

It's nice to think that we are a pretty good self-regulating community. Can I ask that members respect the focus of this discussion group and not use it as a job search environment?

Any such posts in future will unfortunately be removed.
