Like others have mentioned, surveymonkey is a popular one. Here are some others that you can try:
Basic Survey (www.atrixware.com/survey) Survey Builder (www.fewwonlinesurveys.com) SurveyPopups (www.surveypopups.com) KeySurvey (www.keysurvey.com) ... and about 100 others Hope this helps. |

We just concluded an online survey about web based IT training. After some research we used constancontact.com. THeirs seemed to be the mst professional looking and the analytics behind the survey is great. We are still slicing and dicing the info.
Good luck and hope this helps... Thanks and regards, Mr. Trainer |

Just a word of caution with Zoomerang... you only have 10 days to use the freebie version, and you can't download your results. My work-a-rounds have been to only give respondents 5-7 days to respond to the survey, and make sure I go in on the 8,9, and 10th days to cut and paste the responses into an Excel document to help me slice and dice the content.
In the future, I think I'll try out some of the other suggestions posted on the board! Thanks everyone!!! |

If you want free these are good.
Polldaddy.com Surveypirate.com Some limitations on them but overall sufficient. BR/ |

Hi, on balance we choose to use surveymonkey. The free version though limiting your numbers of responses is not time limited, the paid for version is low cost and unlimited, we have used it for hundreds of surveys.
To see an example take part in our elearning credit crunch survey here http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=dMWHrhCuvlfILc6hxxQWcw%3d%3d Or see our review of surveymonkey here http://www.kineo.com/free-tools/survey-monkey.html If you want a truly free tool use Limesurvey.org which is open source. Good luck Steve |
