We switched from WebEx to Connect Pro about a year ago.

We like Connect Pro. We especially like being able to bring Captivate and Presenter activities into the virtual classroom and "unsync" so that individuals can go through the activities and interact with them.

We haven't had any real problems, just the usual start up and get used to the system stuff.

We don't use video, though.

One of our clients is using Adobe Connect, surprisingly, like an LMS. They have a complex set of customers internal and external, and a rather large base, and they are still happy with it. They are starting to come up against some limitations, but in order to surpass those, they'll have to upgrade to an enterprise LMS for tens of thousands more.

I created an online certification program for a client in the USA a couple of years ago. We too used Adobe Connect Pro as an LMS. It worked well. Did the job.
