Hi all,

Currently, I am doing some research regarding Knowledge Management for my company.
My manager wants to have a simple and user friendly software to survey and identify all the skills that our employees (350 ppl)have.
Once we completed the survey, we can keep it in our LMS, and update it every year.
The reason why we want to do it, because we wish we can do some cross-functional training internally.

Is there any software you will recommand?

Ruei, doesn't your LMS provide the ability to do surveys?? If not I would start by replacing my LMS. This is pretty basic functionality every LMS should have built in. If not well yes there are many survey tools you could use. email me and I will put together a list of the ones I have used. scase20@juno.com
