Does anyone know of any free authorware I can use to create online training for my company?

If you want to make Powerpoint-like slides, OpenOffice is free. Lots of free apps to create flash. Plenty of free tools for drawing, photo editing and so forth. What do you want to create? Mac, Linus or Windows? What type of subject matter (there may be free subject-matter-specific tools).

Powerpoint has a free add-on called Producer. It can be downloaded at the following:

openoffice.org's impress is a free PowerPoint-like system. Some folks I know prefer it to PowerPoint. Impress can generate a basic flash presentation, but plugins can be added to do more. OpenOffice is a free office suite similar to MS Office.

eXe from http://exelearning.org/ is a pretty nice and easy to use content creator. It generates SCORM-compliant output if that is needed in your situation (it has other output formats's too.)

There is really a lot of stuff out there. You might check the moodle forums at moodle.org as many folks there use free tools to create content.

Of course, if you want to be really free, you'll want a Linux distribution of some sort. Ubuntu might be a good place to start.
