Please don't make the dangerous assumption that E-Learning means you can get away with little or no budget.

Invoices or person hours still need to be paid for the following. You're never going to be able to walk away from that fact.

- Pay for server hosting and bandwidth access to E-Learning courses
- Pay invoices to any external companies for "off-the-shelf" E-Learning content
- Pay invoices to any external companies for "custom-designed" E-Learning courses
- Pay for "change management" activities to prep the learning culture to accept E-Learning
- Invest person hours in rollout of flash/java/whatever plugins needed to be loaded on every learner's PC (when all employees don't automatically have admin rights)

If you decide to develop your own e-learning our e-learning top tips section may also be useful http://www.kineo.com/elearning-tips.html

Good luck
