I am facing a great problem in SumTotal LMS.
When I upload SCORM 2004 compliant Course in SumTotal, it shows a blank page after launching the course.
But all courses which are SCORM 1.2 compliant are works fine with this LMS.

I don't know what is the problem.Please help me regarding this.

Seen this problem a lot with SumTotal.

First, ensure that your SCORM package passes the ADLNET conformance test (save results to send to vendor). Until that passes, it's something on your end.

If the vendor still notes "it's something in your code", use any trial SCORM-compliant LMS and demonstrate how it works in that product; then they generally start responding (I know, it shouldn't take that, but this was historically repeated several times in my org as an SOP).

We were finding that the ST player and SCORM-conformant packages weren't playing nice, and had to request a line of code for our XML wrap to repress the ST player to get it out of the way.

It also depends on what version- we are on ST 7.2 which is only 1.2 compliant; we will be upgrading to 7.5 which is 2004 (3rd ed) compliant in July. All this info is listed at ADLNET.
