Could anyone recommend the best vendors to work with in developing simulations for sales AND technical training? I would also like to see proof of their work in this arena.

I don't know the context of your simulation needs, but if it is in the contact center, 2 vendors are sivox and knowlagent. Both have simulation authoring tools that combine custom screen Navigation with Voice.
