Enspire Learning gave a demonstration of a sales force training simulator at the ASTD conference in Dallas. I listened to the audio version of it and they appear to be on the ball.

They also have a demo of a medical education training tool which appears to be a technical training tool.

Wow there are hundreds of GREAT ones.. What are you trying to do? One thing you will find right away are the lower costs (hourly rate) are using vendors out of India, Eastern Europe, or South America. But my experience is the time differences, lack of personal contact and the language barriers result in many more hours spent and the final costs are usually higher. A company I have had sucess with is www.leftbrainmedia.com (they have some really neat samples on thier web site) What I have noticed is many of their customers go back over and over, which tells me they do things well. But first you need to define more closely what you are trying to accomplish. Then select a vendor..
