Well, I don't have a big problem with the colors (though they wouldn't have been my choice), but I agree navigation could be a little more obvious.

To be honest, though, I really despised the old version. Too crowded, and the navigation wasn't that great there either.

I agree with the others. Once again ASTD has made what should be a user-friendly service a real hassle - they seem to have a knack for that sort of thing. The whole registration process made me re-think whether I want to continue paying for membership in the organization.

Exactly! That comment made me laugh out loud.

This new design is completely opposite of what I'd expect from ASTD. I've now changed my ASTD bookmark to bypass the homepage and go directly to the discussion boards.
