I've been asked to give a speech regarding the impact of training on business performance to include shareholder value, retention, morale, succession planning, etc. I would like to include a few current statistics.

Have ideas as to where to find a few percentages, or reputable facts which could be included as to why business (generic) should look to the long term value and provide pertinent training opportunities?

Thank you!

The more intimate you make it with the audience the better. Use astd financial data, ditto the trade/business/professional association. Then marshall your knowledge to THE most pressing concern of the group.
Your request and subsequent replies are curious ?

Nero Wolfe:
Good suggestions - Your time to read and especially respond is appreciated. I’ve also found some information to integrate since posting this.

Thank you!

Although this is an old post, where did you find your statistical information? I’ve been asked by management, what is the average return rate for level 3 assessments?
